paste chrome://extensions into your address bar. works on brave, edge, arc, vivaldi too — same page.
flip the Developer mode switch in the top-right corner. new buttons appear.
click Load unpacked and pick the extension folder you unzipped in step 1. done — you'll see grug's icon in your toolbar.
click grug's icon in the toolbar → hit GET UNLOCK CODE, or go straight to grugnft.xyz/extension-unlock.
connect the wallet holding your grugs (10+ on robinhood chain). grug checks your balance, then asks for one signature — no gas, no transaction.
copy the unlock code the site gives you → open the extension popup → paste into the unlock field → hit unlock. badge activates for 7 days across all opensea pages.
the extension never touches your wallet. it can't sign transactions, can't move funds, can't read your balance from inside the popup. the only wallet signature is the one-time unlock on grugnft.xyz — outside the extension entirely.
